Plural Component Coating
Plural component coating is a dry application of two components under high pressure that produces a homogeneous mix. It is applied with a plural sprayer that offers pattern control, consistent and even material flow for accurate ratio control, appropriate heating for good material flow and chemical processing as well as a portable/modular design for jobsite access and mobility.

A coating with the pot life of less than 15 minutes generally requires plural pomponent equipment Application. Even coatings of longer pot life can benefit from these systems due to better spray performance and reductions in waste and cleaning requirements.
Materials are mixed only as required in the system and just prior to the spray gun when using plural component equipment. This equipment allows component materials in the system to remain un-mixed and may be left for extended periods without any effects. Flushing of the mix portion of the system requires only minimal use of solvents and therefore provides significant savings in materials.
Engineered to handle the toughest protective coatings, the Graco XM Plural-Component Sprayer provides precise ratio control, allows users to download historical spraying data and handles a wide range of two-component materials.
